What is your object of affection that inspires you to write love poetry?

I have been asked many times, that particular question..."what is your object of affection that inspires you to write love poetry?".

My answer, has always been that it is the very simple thought of the meaning of what the word, "love" means. I've always believed that love is kind, it's rich, and it's pure from the heart. The object of affection can bring about many different types of inspiration. It could be the budding of a new found love, a new found heart, a new found life, a new found friendship. When those things are in place, writing comes very easily, as inspiration flows deeply in the most astonishing way.
