Love Poetry Word Play Tidbit, Here...

Not too long ago I was asked, what are other ways that one who writes poetry can capture a readers attention. I will go through one way today and will go through a few more ways in days to come.

NOTE: One way to catch a readers attention is for a writer to create an allusion. This is an indirect reference to a place, person, thing, or an idea which is familiar. These type of references provide a quick way for a writer to add detail, clarify important points, or set a certain tone for a poetry piece.
